Afghanistan has fallen to the Taliban as a result of the ineptitude of this fellow.
Give him a flight of stairs to fall up or a luscious head
of hair to snort upon and the man is in his element.
Give him the task of strategic withdrawal to ensure the safety of those who served in Afghanistan (whether it be the U.S. military and their allies which include many Afghans) the guy proves himself to be a complete chowderhead.
