The husband of Melissa Caddick, who duped hapless investors to the tune of twenty three million dollars, has refused to let liquidators access the $6.2m home the couple purchased through illicit means. This is of course to try and recover some of the money which this charlatan posing as a businesswoman stole.
It has been said that a person who represents themselves in court has a fool for a client.
That fool is Caddick's spouse, Anthony Koletti.
Koletti's excuse is he hasn't got the time.
