This is the front page of tomorrow's paper. I don't know the full story but from the excerpt shown here there is an attempt to legislate the use and alter the public perception of cannabis.
Apparently this bill is an attempt to allow possession of 50 grams of the stuff as well as having the ability to grow four plants without repercussions from the powers that be.
My prediction : it'll never happen.
