JDE (owner of Moccona) has claimed rival company Vittoria have hijacked their jar design thereby setting up possible confusion for the hapless consumer. If said consumer had no eyes as well as no hands, they may well be on to something. Just a cursory glance reveals how different the lid is to the other.
