A desperate Italian named Gianluca decided on what he thought was a solution to his receding hairline. Despite big-noting herself on about what a good job they did, the tattooist involved should have her operating licensing revoked (not to mention for filming it for all the world to see to maximise humiliation). I don't own a crystal ball but I do see laser removal in this gentleman's future.
