Lock up your wives - Karen's on the prowl
Now, this takes the cake in regards to the punishment meted out. Karen Prowse used her position and training as well as lies a-plenty to get a client to leave her husband in order to begin a personal relationship. The client originally sought help in dealing with the death of a parent.
Later on, Prowse was up to the same thing again with another female client. Her original client subsequently committed suicide.
In a decision set down by the NSW Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Prowse is banned for practising for five years. That is the punishment. It should be for life.
