WHOPPERED!

At one time, it was a given that it took two hands to handle a Whopper.

 Maybe that maxim still holds weight if you happen to be a chihuahua, maybe not so for the rest of us.

A US five million dollar class action lawsuit has been lodged against Burger King (known here as Hungry Jack's) due to misleading advertising when it comes to their signature burger, the Whopper.

On the one hand, this does sound like the old cliché of Americans suing at the drop of a hat and tying up the court system with frivolous complaints.

It could also be seen as blatant misrepresentation on the part of Burger King.
