The college student in the above video claims she used Grammarly as a proofreading tool, but her professor wasn't buying it. Ironically or hypocritically, depending on where you stand in this situation, it sounds like AI was used to grade her submission.
Looking at the following screenshot, her claims could be legitimate.
The artificial intelligence backlash has begun in earnest with the word on the street being that the guy from the Grammarly ad has taken to wearing Depend® underwear as a result of this turn of events. Of course, this could just be a vicious rumour started by some low-rent blog maintained by some disenfranchised malcontent, but at the time of writing details are rather sketchy.
