Simexwell Cyril, an Indian national living in Australia on an expired visa, thought opportunity had knocked when he devised a scheme to defraud the government out a possible thirty five thousand dollars in the aftermath of the Bondi Massacre. The weaselly little prick claimed to have been hit by shrapnel as the chaos unfolded last December 14th, and, as such, had filed for compensation. Only problem is that this caricature of a man was nowhere near Bondi when the terror attack was taking place. He is expected to be deported once court proceedings have been wrapped up and finalised.
